Claiming a Warranty(for customer)

Manage the Claimed Warranties (for admin)

Once the customer chooses to claim warranty, store admin will see it in Dashboard→ Return Request→ Requests.

Upon clicking on the request, the request detail page will show the request type, status and reason for the request. Depending on the request reason, the store admin may want to choose between various request actions from the right hand side of the request detail page.

Store admin may choose to take some time to review the request, or reject the request or approve the request. Choosing the options correctly will keep the customer updated about the status of the request.
